Based in New York, New York, Ruby Marzovilla earned an undergraduate degree from Oberlin College, where she focused her studies on biochemistry and anthropology. Ruby Marzovilla has built a career that blends customer care, health advocacy, and community-centered leadership.

Ms. Marzovilla currently serves as a customer service representative with Maximus. In this role, she assists individuals with COVID-19 vaccination booking, verifies insurance information, and guides callers through eligibility requirements.

Also supporting national youth advocacy through COLAGE, Ms. Marzovilla serves as the core team’s accessibility lead. Her responsibilities include liaising with staff and families to identify access needs, organizing language translators for community events, and developing accessibility plans. Her work also includes facilitating disability justice training and safety protocols for volunteer teams.

Ms. Marzovilla is also a freelance wellness consultant who designs personalized fitness programs and coaches clients in strength training and healthy lifestyle practices. In addition to her wellness work, she is the choreographer for the “Tropicana” music video. She has also contributed choreography and appeared in other visual media productions, collaborating with creative teams during filming. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in a college hip-hop dance troupe, organizing showcases, mentoring dancers, and helping manage group operations.
